CPC’s critique of the Naxalite Movement in a direct letter.
Let me give a short translation.
1.) Left adventurism and right wing deviation- by fighting these two trends has the CPC developed.
2.) 3 magic weapons helped in the Chinese revolution's victory- a.) Party b.) People's army c.) United front
3.) Calling the Chairman of one party by another party as their Chairman(China ka chairman humra chairman) is wrong. It hurts the working classe's national sentiment.
4.) Tagging every bourgeois as comprador is wrong.
5.) "open trade union and mass organisation is not needed any more, individual assassination is the only way". This formulation is wrong.
6.) You've mechanically applied Lin Biao's people's war theory. It's a military theory and has no relation with political and organisational question.
7.) "One can't become a revolutionary unless he bathes his hands in the blood of class enemies". This formulation is wrong. If this is the yardstick of measuring a Communist then he's not even a communist, he can't be supported.
8.) You people have ignored agrarian revolution and the agrarian question but stressed more upon state power takeover.
9.) Without any mass movement and mass organisation one cannot sustain an armed revolution. We clearly clarified this in our article "Spring thunder breaks over India" that we simply aren't showing support for a state power take over.
10.) One cannot manufacture the respect and authority of a leader. Those attributes gradually develop over time.
11.) Your orientation is correct but your method is wrong.
